In this proyect i work on the Supervisor of Animatic, Rigs and Final Animation.
ANIMATIC SUPERVISOR
in base to the storyboard provider to the client, we make a animatic with keys of animation and model correction
RIGS SUPERVISOR
keeping in mind the animation style i supervised the tool in the rig, to keep the same direction of de style animation and make easier the work of animators
ANIMATION SUPERVISOR
At the animation time i put the spot on animation consistency to keep the style on all the diferents animation studio envolve. I make some guides of animation, do&dont's and animation test (example below). All this documentation to prevent repetitive mistakes from the animators
As a example, i was tracking to keep the acting, posing, timing, lipsync, eye direction and matching to the animatic:
Finally, my last task was check the exports to delivery to the composition area, in format and shaped like the compositor ask.
